What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If an event is cancelled (SimpleSeats will determine at its sole discretion when an event is canceled) and will not occur at a later date, we will send you an email that will offer you the opportunity to be issued a credit in the amount of 105% of the original cost or receive a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date or, time permitting, list them for sale on SimpleSeats.com.

What if I don't receive my tickets on time?

Email SimpleSeats customer support at [email protected] within 5 days from the date the tickets were expected to arrive. Many teams, artists and venues do not release electronic tickets until 24-48 hours prior to event start time. Don't worry, we'll make sure you have your tickets in time for the event.

What if there is an issue with my tickets?

If there are any issues or discrepancies with the tickets that you receive from what was purchased, SimpleSeats will do it's best to find comparable replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or are not available at a comparable price, SimpleSeats reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount to the buyer. In this case SimpleSeats will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label to use to return the tickets to SimpleSeats.

What if my tickets are invalid?

In the unlikely event your tickets are deemed invalid by the venue, call SimpleSeats customer support immediately at (713) 364-1123. We will do our best to locate comparable replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or if you are unable to contact SimpleSeats customer support before the event, we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label to use to return the tickets to SimpleSeats. After we confirm with the venue that the tickets are invalid, we will issue you a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. For this guarantee to be in effect, you must contact SimpleSeats customer support within 5 days of the event.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

This guarantee is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of a change in our SimpleSeats Guarantee, we shall post a revised version of our guarantee here, which shall automatically replace the terms of any previous guarantee posted here. Your continued use of SimpleSeats.com and SimpleSeats' services, as defined in the User Agreement, following the posting of a revised guarantee will constitute your acceptance of the revised guarantee. If you don't agree with the User Agreement or the terms of this guarantee, do not continue to use SimpleSeats.com or SimpleSeats' services.
